Heart Posture Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for making this day, for it’s the day You made. Thank you for waking me up this morning, giving me Your Mercy that’s new every morning and day You’ve given me to breathe. As I begin my day Lord, Jesus come and place your peace over me. Cover me in Your Glory as protection from the enemy trying to infiltrate, intimidate, and instigate into my spirit, soul & body. Additionally, place a protection of covering to me over every curse, hex, vex, spell, incantation, voodoo, sorcery, any and all forms of witchcraft, dark art, enchantment, smote, and other forms of weaponized demonic activity in the blood, water & spirit of true Lord Jesus Christ’s name! Posture my heart in a place of rest with and in You, understanding that You are with me every step I take and giving me peace beyond my own understanding. Help me learn how to keep You as my Comfort, my Heart, my Focus and my Everything before anyone else. Let me rest myself in Your thoughts, Mindset & Viewpoint of me that would shift MY own Perspective of myself. No matter what may be going on in or around my life, no matter what’s good or bad, ugly or complicated, would You help me know You have me in Your Hands...? Would you give me exactly what I need to go forward into today, understanding You’re with me, partnering with me to have the best and give my best to You in everything I do? Expose what’s needed, help me to let You reveal what’s necessary, and Heal everything that’s coming forward that I surrender as well. Angels of the Lord, take capture in nets of the Lord over everything and anything that would distract, deter, detour, sabotage and delay me from Your pleasing, good, and perfect Will for my life. I ask my Spirit to come forward, but I do NOT care if you are the PERSON, the PARTS of a Person or the SPIRIT connected itself... I’m speaking that you ARE EXPOSED & Angels of Arrest OR Angels of Salvation are coming to you NOW! You will be sent to MY Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, the King of kings for judgment & answers! Angels are Downing Tonic Elixir of Truth to your system now, where you will have NOTHING Hidden or unsaid in HIS Presence...
You’re getting IF NOT also receiving Hundredfold, you ARE giving BACK Hundredfold RETURN to me for YOUR Lies, Word Curses, Shame, Guilt-tripping, Guilt, Ridicule & ANYTHING else Lord Jesus deems necessary. (ALL) They will receive the Gospel of God, sent where King Jesus Christ where needed, as I give You control over this for me. Thank you for your judgment with Abba God! Cleansing Heart Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the day that You have made and Your mercies that are new every morning. Thank you for letting me come into Your courts with praise and thanksgiving on my lips, as You are worthy to be praised. You are Alpha & Omega, Omnipotent El-Shaddai, Jehovah Shalom, & Jehovah Rapha. I bring my whole self, my heart, mind, body, soul and Spirit to Your Feet, King Jesus. Thank you for your sacrifice, Lamb of God, & Your Blood, Water, & Spirit from the Death, Burial & Resurrection as the Son of God.
I ask in this moment for you to shutdown all parts, shards, fragments, and splinters of myself (and others where necessary) attempting to hinder, sabotage, distract, deter, and/or delay (alongside any “DE” word) the complete execution of this prayer. Angels, please gather with Nets of the Lord, everything and everyone necessary with a downing of Tonic Elixir to the(ir) system(s), and place all at the feet of Most High’s throne for judgment and healing. Additionally, shutdown external (if not internal) factors that include every cure, hex, vex, spell, incantation, voodoo, sorcery, any and all forms of witchcraft, dark art, enchantment, smote or other forms of demonic and weaponized activity. Send this fully back on the heads of the senders as seven-fold return, so they know that Jesus Christ is King of kings AND Lord of lords! I speak Your Holy Word, Most High God, from Psalms 51 verses 9 and 10: Create in me a new Heart and renew a right Spirit within me. Do not hide Your Holy Spirit from me! Keep me in the right heart, right posture, and sound mind of Christ with You, Abba. Bind my heart and everything regarding me to Your Mighty Name, Father, according to Psalm 86, verse 9 and 10, as You are One with Your Son and Holy Spirit. Bind my heart to You, Abba, so that there’s no way for me to not get out of alignment with Your Will, Purpose, and Design that’s connected to me. Reveal the intentions of those around me, to Expose the Lies and ones hiding their demise against, so that Healing can go forth for myself and them. Remove the baggage, wounds, traumas, scars, empty emotions (however Holy Spirit leads - shame, guilt, hate, anger, unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, jealousy, inadequacy, doubt, fear, failure, questions) towards myself and/or others, mental and psychological thoughts, alongside anything else You deem fit, Holy Spirit.
Cleansing Heart Prayer (cont.)
Because I want my heart aligned to You, that leaves no room for religion, the traditions, the “ritualistic” mindset(s) that would deflate the relationship between You and me. Additionally, remove and shutdown programming, mindset, paradigm, habits, thoughts, etc. and wash the Living Water anointing over this area of my full person. Let me know that is a partnership between me and you before adjoining me to another, in communion or marriage. If there’s any heard or unheard pieces of sensation, trauma bonds, alterior motives, deep confusions, generational motives/desires/curses connecting me to anything or anyone: remove and detach me, clarify with wisdom and replace with better, if not Your Best, that previous item or person. Help me to respectfully, proactively, and godly-like communicate my needs, desires, and intentions then proceed forward or away from someone that’s not essential to Your plans, desires and/or direction for me. Break the ungodly soul ties, agreements, marriages, connections, land ties, contracts, covenants and anything else outside my knowledge against Your Will for my life. I ask Your Living Water, mingled with the Blood, Water, & Spirit of Lord Jesus Christ and Heavenly Gold to infuse my person to the deepest parts. Bring out from behind the smoke screens, hidden doors, walls and every other trap or door of all types of places needing Your healing Power and Hand. I surrender everything to You in this moment. This has not been an easy journey, but I trust You, Jesus, Abba... Hide me in Your Secret Place, under the Shadow of Your Wings according to Psalm 91 and all Your promises, letting it be Your Protection as healing goes forth for me. Piece together my heart, clarify the items my soul brings forward, and ground my Spirit in Your Truth. Let me process what may be needed, reveal what the deeper problems would be and allow me to release what’s needed. Stop the deflection, empower the reflection of Christ and let the intervention of Abba go forth. I am grateful for your honoring, blessing and protecting me from all hurt, harm, and danger. Cleanse me, make me new from the inside out and change my behaviors, my character, my heart, my motives to the fullest extent needed. I ask that You, Abba, would extend that to everything under my stewardship, cover it all with Your Blood, Water and Spirit, King Jesus. Let me keep my praise always lifted, continuously going and bring honor to You even in my struggles I’ll come. I ask for the full execution of this prayer by Your Heavenly Hosts, in every realm, age, timeline, dimension, frequency, vibration, ley-line, planet, cosmos, constellation, universe, reality, past, present, and future through all eternities that could and could not exist. Above, below, and roundabout, be the Almighty Father You desire to be, to keep, to protect me. I ask this in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
Love Heart Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you, Lord, for this amazing day you have made, Your mercies new every morning. I come into Your courts with praise and thanksgiving for all You are doing, going to do and will do. As I begin my day Lord, Jesus come and place your peace over me. Cover me in Your Glory as protection from the enemy trying to infiltrate, intimidate, and instigate into my spirit, soul & body. Posture my heart in a place of rest with and in You, understanding that You are with me every step I take and giving me peace beyond my own understanding. I’m asking you to place me in Your Realm of Peace & Love. Shutdown the shards, fragments, parts, broken places, traumas and related pieces to me in Nets of the Lord covered in blood of True Lord Jesus Christ & tonic elixir. Additionally, keep out & destroy the curse(s), hex, vex, spell, incantation, voodoo, dark art, enchantment, smote, sorcery, any and all forms of witchcraft, and any other forms of weaponized demonic activity in Jesus’ name.
Help me learn how to keep You as my Source, my Comfort, my Heart, my Focus and my Everything before anyone else. Let me rest myself in Your Thoughts, Mindset & Viewpoint of me that would shift MY own Perspective of myself. Bring me to the posture of gratitude for Your Love of me, let me get AND receive this Love, to also express this towards others around me properly within boundaries. Jesus, You are the Lover of My Soul, My Redeemer, My Healer, My First Love, The One who knows me best... Holy Godhead, You are Love in itself. The Maker of Love, the Universe & the very Essence of Love! Abba, You are the Master of all creation, knowing each creature & the very details of Humans to the core. I ask for your Living Water to encompass your/my person, bringing your Healing Balm of Gilead into the mix. Let it infuse & seep into my roots, my foundations, & every area of my life. Expose the places needing healing & let me bask in Your realm of Healing. (Remain here repeating last couple of lines until Holy Spirit leads forward.)
Help me see your attention, your affection, Your Love of me, Abba. Jesus, show me how much You are my First Love. Let me see Your View of me, looking back over every moment of Parts, of pain, of hurt, of Rejection, of any moments You desire bring forward. Your Love was, is & still is here for me & remind me of that. Your Love will never leave and cannot be broken away from me. You cannot go back on Your Word; You cannot deny me when You made me. Wherever my mind wants to lie, the heart cannot understand, the soul/spirit seems confused, hit me with an “love arrow” from heaven. It’s an assurance shot, reminder from Your Angels to keep me in the perspective when things seem dim. You are the Maker of my path, my very life, my everything, my One and Only I need to be complete. You will never leave or forsake me, always there no matter who leaves or who stays. Jesus, You are walking with me every step I take. The beautiful Masterpiece that You have died for and want to express love to, every chance I allow You into my life... I willingly allow You in to express that and whatever is necessary to me in this very moment.

Let me see Your beauty “kisses” in my day, the small pieces & places that help me be in awe of Your Love for me. I am nothing with You, Jesus; You are the air I breathe, nothing without You, Abba... Expose the intentions of people I have interest in, the tactics and focus points of people through Your discernment and wisdom. Break the ties of hopelessness from the past hurts and “hang-ups”, feelings of abandonment, regret, shame, inadequacy, unworthiness, or any other feelings/emotions keeping me from experiencing TRUE Love. Remind me when the relationship fails, you are STILL there. There will be moments when I desire to walk away, give up or decide this is not worth the risk, but remind me of Your Love for the person next to me in that moment. Confirm and affirm the Divine “touch connection” between us, if You have not already placed it within us both. No matter what may be going on in or around my life, no matter what’s good or bad, ugly or complicated, would You help me know You have me in Your Hands...? Let me receive Your dose of TRUE Love: Love that isn’t self-seeking, isn’t compromising, isn’t selfish, isn’t jealous; doesn’t provoke or arrogantly boast, but IS: enduring, patient, kind and thoughtful, rejoices in truth, and bears all, hopes for all, believes all and fully endures all of 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. The “love arrow” hit in this moment, reminding me of Your faithfulness, Your truth of me that’s secured in my Identity connected to Jesus Christ. You are STILL on the throne when I feel like, but know that Love still exists for me, and will be in Your Timing. That relationship was not a definition of WHO I am and will NOT be placed in my Identity for the reality that You have better if not Your Best in store for me!
You are the Heavenly “Matchmaker”, seeing all the Hearts, plans of “Blueprint” & the broken places of soul/spirit in big screen. Angels of the Lord, go forth and capture with Nets of the Lord all that would deter, distract, delay, sabotage, or remove me from Your good, pleasing and perfect Will for my life. Abba, send back on the heads of the sender(s) hundredfold return for the stealing, wasted time, heartache, and tears from the difficulties related to love. Create a safe, comfortable and serene space in this moment for further healing to transpire, as You help me release the Chains, Ties, Bonds and/or Agreements of Fear, Doubt, FALSE Identity, paradigms, FALSE love, traumas, truths, beliefs, wisdom, ideas, dreams, and anything Holy Spirit deems fit to correct from previous moments of affection and love. Expose the necessary, help the “pieces” be revealed how needed, even if You need to pour more Living Water, Healing Balm or Holy Fire of Abba God over me in this moment.
If there’s any physical and spiritual exchanges of biologicals including urine, feces, other sexual fluids, blood, and RNA/DNA from previous relationships, bring them forth now and burn everything in your Holy Fire and containers of choice in the name of Jesus. Break the physical AND spiritual tie(s), connection(s), agreement(s), reality(ies) or foreplay image(s) connected to past boyfriend(s)/girlfriend(s), partner(s) and/or relationship(s), cover them in the Blood, Water, & Spirit of Jesus Christ for removal and heavenly cleansing. Place Your Healing Hand to my Heart, my Mind, My Body, My Soul & Spirit to the deepest parts, removing anything on the atomic and quantum levels, and fully instill Your Essence into my very person. Remove the memories, the heartache, the traumas, the issues, the ties, and anything else that Holy Spirit of the Living God would address for ME & IN Me.
Let the healing go forward with the ointment from Revelation 3:18, so I can see your love in the daily events of my life. Remind me that if even I’m the cause of my own heartache, You are still sovereign to give justice, healing and alignment. Reveal more of Your Love, and as I see it, cause my love for You to well up within me. Let it create a fire within me to possess my birthright. You are my King, and I have Your protection because you love me, not because I deserve it. I proclaim Your love; I celebrate your love, and I desire to live in Your Love. Let me be able to have healing where I can get, receive, and reflect Your Love to others appropriately around me. Place Your Healing Hand again to my Heart, my Mind, My Body, My Soul & Spirit to the deepest parts, removing anything on the atomic and quantum levels, and fully instill Your Essence into my very person. I thank You Father for what you are doing, what You will do, and already doing for me in this moment and time. I seal these declarations and sense this healing in every realm, age, timeline, dimension, frequency, vibration, ley line, cosmos, constellation, planet, reality and universe, past, present and future to infinity, and through all infinities that could and could not exist, timelines and time wheels that could and could not exist, and everything else in between. I ask this in the name of Jehovah Rapha, the God who is our Healer, and in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Trauma Heart Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for making this day, for it’s the day You made. Thank you for waking me up this morning, giving me Your Mercy that’s new every morning and day You’ve given me to breathe. I am grateful for you giving me the ability to breathe, the ability to wake up and walk on my every ligament of my bones and muscles You made for me. It may not have been simple to get up and move but thank you Lord for seeking comfort on You and giving me breath in my lungs. As I begin my day Lord, Jesus come and place your peace over me. Let this peace not just be felt around me, but I ask that this peace be a passing of my own understanding, residing with me under Psalm 4:8 hitting me on the soul and deep body levels. I surrender to You what’s in my heart within this moment, ask forgiveness for my mistakes, thoughts and actions that hurt You and then repent, asking You to change my ways. Cover me in Your Glory as protection from the enemy trying to infiltrate, intimidate, and instigate into my spirit, soul & body. Additionally, place a protection of covering to me over every curse, hex, vex, spell, incantation, voodoo, sorcery, all forms of witchcraft, dark art, and other forms of weaponized demonic activity in the blood, water & spirit of true Lord Jesus Christ!
As I understand that higher powers are at work within and round me, let the daily interactions within my life be God-filtered. Let that outside factor not be my “fear fuel” or “trigger” to being in a place of bondage rather than the victory You have already given me, Jesus! Help me to see You working through every detail of my life, even as I walk in a place of being healed by You, Abba. . I surrender to You, Lord Jesus as my Master Physician to do “heart surgery” on me in Your Realm of Healing. I ask for Warring Angels to capture with nets of the Lord to capture up parts, fragments, shards and spirits connected to me in this moment. Send them all to the Throne of the Father for healing, ministry, and/or judgment. I welcome Healing Angels to address the core places of myself with Christ Jesus, bringing in the Oil of Anointing mingled with Living Water and Holy Spirit comforting my spirit, soul & heart. I surrender and trust You to work within and around my life, my Heart, and the experiences I have in this moment of time to expose, reveal, and heal the areas needing Your Healing Touch. Place within my system the Three Strand Chords I need as I yield to You, Jesus Christ. I ask for the space to voice and regulate within Your Warm Embrace and safety as My Strong Tower of Refuge any words or phrases that are necessary for healing. I ask for healing Balm of Gilead to be poured over my person in this moment for calming, soothing effects in my favorite fragrance of choice. Posture my heart in a place of rest in You, understanding that You are with me every step I take and giving me peace beyond my own understanding. I’ve walked through many places, encounters and/or memories that I may not remember and invite You to surface what’s needed. Holy Spirit of God, reveal places of my life where I have “blame-shift” myself out of the responsibilities, attachments, and/or areas of ownership regarding success and stewardship over my life. Leave no place unhidden, unexplored, unattached, or even unrevealed because Your Light Most High God, shows forth everything in Your timing and exposes all things from the light and darkness. Expose the “heart-holds”, ungodly structures, people, connections, devices, and words sitting in my system that are NOT words spoken by Most High God Himself over me from my moment of Creation. Give me the strategy to handle anything else in this moment (take any additional time necessary for processing, speaking, releasing that Holy Spirit brings on the body, heart, mind, atomic, and quantum levels and direct Angels accordingly) or surrender for healing with Jesus, as continued session or at another time of necessity. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 29:11 that You have plans to prosper me, not to harm; plans to give me hope and a future. I believe this moment of time has brought forth the healing I’ve needed, healing to help me propel forward into purpose and healing for whatsoever is ahead for me. This is Your true, perfect and well-intended pleasing Will within the plan and design You have. Additionally, Jesus will You instill with me my TRUE Identity & Design the Father gave me upon creating me? Keep me in Your Sound Mind, Jesus, and Your Will for my life, removing and redirecting, comforting and connecting, as well as elevating and encouraging where needed, Holy Spirit. Help me to surrender what I do not know, repent for what I have done and receive forgiveness for what I have if not will done. Would you give me exactly what I need to go forward into today, understanding You’re with me, partnering with me, to give my best to You in everything I do? Release what’s necessary for me and to me, align me to You & Your Purpose + Design purposefully and personally?! Give me Your Strength Jesus when I want to give up, Your Love when I feel unlovable or cannot love myself, and Your Faith to believe for what I cannot see, that You may be working on in the background. Expose what’s needed, help me to reveal what’s necessary, and Heal everything that’s coming forward that I surrender. Help me see the trauma, the Parts, the FALSE Pieces, and anything that would be an inhibition to God’s design of my person. Thank you for hearing me, healing me, and for what you’re doing, going to do and already doing! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Heart Posture Relationship Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for making this day, for it’s the day You made. Thank you for waking me up this morning, giving me Your Mercy that’s new every morning and day You’ve given me to breathe. As I begin my day Lord Jesus, come and place your peace over me. I thank you for keeping us intentional in what I do for You and keep me in place of wisdom. Cover me in Your Glory as protection from the enemy trying to infiltrate, intimidate, and instigate into my spirit, soul & body. Cover those that are connected to me and befriended by me, keeping their peace and protection from You evident. Additionally, place a protection of covering to me (and my mate/partner) over every curse, hex, vex, spell, incantation, voodoo, sorcery, all forms of witchcraft, dark art, and other forms of weaponized demonic activity in the blood, water & spirit of true Lord Jesus Christ’s name! Give anointing to my Angels for keeping me away from controlling, manipulative, narcissistic, monitoring, and all other necessary spirits that would hinder myself and the person I desire.
Thank you, Father, for the partnership/desire (we have or) having an amazing man/woman of God by my side. I will remind myself that my One AND Only is Jesus Christ, as My Lover of my Soul, my Husband, Protector, and My Safe Refuge. You are my Source, and this person You are connecting to me is a Re-SOURCE that You have placed in my life. Let me be intentional, functional and purposeful in how I operate within my Spirit, function and view others as I pursue this relationship. Let me know where You desire me to commit, where I need to submit and where I need to surrender any person/relationship to You, Abba. I ask that You’d help me to stay in a place of proper commitment, no codependency, no mess and having the notion to marry, not just have a relationship. Give me the discernment and understanding to see if there’s ulterior motives, deception, manipulation, or anything here that’s NOT Your Will by severing the connection completely.
Relationship Prayer (cont.)
I’m asking for nothing but Your Best, what You see fit for me, but also protection from going in the wrong direction and losing sight of Your vision for me. Prepare me and help me not limit, hold back, or put You in a box for what You’re doing, going to do and desire to do for me, everywhere in my life, not just relationally. If this relationship does lead to a romantic relationship, let us honor You and another by eliminating and breaking off places of exchange and/or necessary entanglements: sexual relations, soul ties (ungodly and sexual), spiritual “soul ties”, connections, communication lacks and sensitivity issues (Let Holy Spirit bring to the focus and surface anything that is vital to full healing and completion). Keep us both sensitivity and aware to possible tainting, undermining and fallbacks that could distract, delay and/or detour me from Your Plan on my life, Lord Jesus.
I understand that there’s an exchange of the essence, presence and sometimes bodily fluids that can reside inside of me. Let me operate in a place of respect, realness, and boundaries to respect the man/woman that gives me the opportunity to commune with them. Get me to a place of “doubling down” on the surrender, praise, gratitude, fruits of the Spirit and anything else necessary to show His Light through me and in me. Posture my heart in a place of rest in You, understanding that You are with me every step I take and giving me peace beyond my own understanding. Help me learn how to keep You as my Comfort, my Heart, my Focus and my Everything before anyone else. Show me how to be in a place of showing my individuality within this relationship, not being a “shadow”, controlling or manipulative, toxic or unlovable in my own foundations and have the healthy building partnership I desire alongside You, Abba. Teach and help me learn the emotional intelligence, the perspective and mindset to build myself up for working together with the man/woman by my side. Encourage me to seek You, Abba, for the love I need and desire, then also reflect and give this same Love from You to myself before others, including my man/woman or partner. Let me rest myself in Your thoughts, Mindset & Viewpoint of me that would shift MY own Perspective of myself. Keep the perspective You have of me, to remind me of True Love from You as my Source and see it from the right vantage point upon meeting men/women I’d desire a relationship with.
No matter what may be going on in my life, no matter what’s good or bad, ugly or complicated, would You help me know You have me in Your Hands. Help me to have my identity rooted in You, Jesus, have my dependency on You, Abba, and let Holy Spirit lead my steps and decisions. Please help me to surrender to being in Your Will, understanding I have a limit compared to Your Limitlessness and Sovereignty. Let the person You direct into my life be a support, not a crutch or destructive piece, not a leecher nor a “drainer” effect to me. Help them to be a Light, a Life-giver, an Encourager and person that leads me back to You, Father in every situation. Keep my discernment heighten so that I can see the red and green flags for the person desiring me. Additionally, Jesus, would you also let anyone seeking me seek You before coming my pathway, even if interacting with me in a spiritual or physical contact way? Would you give me exactly what I need to go forward into today, understanding You’re with me, partnering with me to give my best to You in everything I do? Let the man/woman keep me in the right heart posture as well as me towards them, keeping another accountable and respectful towards another’s emotions, mental state and hearts. Give us the godly and wise counsel around us in our lives before bringing us together, helping those give godly criticism and wisdom, and direct us into Your Will for our relationship. Expose what’s needed, help me to reveal what’s necessary, and Heal everything that’s coming forward that I surrender as well. Let us be together and act as healing, strength, and love to another through our broken places and we will still love another through them to stay.
